Dr Konstantina Georgaki is Counsel, head of the firm’s Department of Public Law. She has wide expertise and experience in the fields of public law, European Union law and Investment law. Before joining the firm, she worked for several years as a Policy Officer at the European Commission, focusing on the implementation of the free movement of capital and freedom of payments between EU Member States inter se and with third countries, as well as on the negotiation of international trade and investment agreements at the EU level.

Dr Konstantina Georgaki is an Assistant Professor in International and European Economic Law at the Law Faculty of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and a visiting Assistant Professor at the University of Athens. She was previously a Lecturer in EU law and Constitutional law at Mansfield College, University of Oxford, and has delivered numerous guest lectures to other universities in Greece and abroad. She has published widely on various questions of public law, EU law and international law, including on the interrelation of EU law with international agreements concluded by the EU Member States inter se, as well as on investment protection under the EU and the international legal frameworks. 

She has been a member of the Athens Bar Association since 2014.
