Sotiris Michagiannis

Sotiris is a member of our GDPR team and joined our firm in 2023. He is involved in statutory compliance and risk mitigation practices of our clients related to the data protection legal and ethical framework. He participates in the provision of legal consultation in the context of the firm’s duties as data protection officer (DPO), in relative training seminars for our clients, in the conduction of data protection impact assessments and the development of privacy policies.

He also provides legal services related to real estate transactions, conducting legal research and due diligence. He is involved in debt settlement cases and mortgage elimination in the context of these transactions, as well as various contract and inheritance law cases. He also participates in cases related to the authorization of the medical devices (conduction of regulatory plans, CE marking etc.) and the allocation of intellectual property rights. Finally, he contributes to the legal team by performing legal research and business intelligence.
